Piccolo Arancio in Rome, where to eat Roman specialties

Piccolo Arancio in Rome, where to eat Roman specialties

The restaurant Small Orange is located behind the Trevi Fountain 2 minutes walk from tourists and crowds, in an alley where you can only get there if you know the place. The restaurant has about thirty seats, two small rooms where the best of Roman cuisine is served, revisited by the chef who knows his own taste!

What I ate here, it is difficult to explain, even to list to be honest, because I left the restaurant very full, but I ate really well. Among the first I recommend the cacio e pepe, my great passion but also the delicious ones ricotta-only ravioli with béchamel and orange drops, a real gem of the kitchen.

Inside the restaurant you will also find a really good sommelier who will be able to combine a wine wisely chosen according to your tastes to all your dishes. There treat however, it is the sweet of the house, la a thousand leaves ^ _ ^ a thing that melts in the mouth with berries and chantilly cream. Highly recommended!
