From Sunday 10 February move to Milan it will be easier thanks to the new one line 5 of the subway.
Thanks to seven new stations, that connect Zara to Bignami, it will be easier to reach the area north of Milan, where there are various sites of cultural interest such as the Bicocca University, the Arcimboldi theater, the Hangar Bicocca and the Cineteca Italiana.
La new line, lilac in color, has trains of four carriages and is fully automated, without driver. By the end of the year it will reach the Porta Garibaldi station and increase the frequency of races, while by 2015 it will reach the San Siro stadium: it will become a new backbone of urban transport and will connect areas of Milan that are difficult to reach by bus to due to heavy traffic.
Faced with this great step forward for the city of Milan there is only one doubt: but line four where have you been?
