Among the places I have found to party in Madrid I must quote you 3 local, each has its own characteristic and they are quite different from each other, but all three are nice and good for an evening with friends.
Aperitif - a very nice place to have an aperitif, in addition to the aforementioned Lamiak in La Latina is the Automatic bar, I swear, that's what it's called. The place is located in the Lavapies district and precisely in Calle de Argumosa 17. This place is very nice, the blue interior and the pictures on the framed walls are reminiscent of an old bar where music was made. On the walls also a poster de La Dolce Vita, I immediately felt at home. Here, in addition to the classic beer, you can also find vermouth de grifo, with ice and lemon. To try.
Evening - For after dinner I recommend another place which is right next to the Automatic bar, yes, I discovered Lavapies in the weekend :) the place is called The Playa de Lavapies and a particular room, because instead of the floor .... it has the sand :) The place is really very nice, tables and places to sit or quietly stand and drink your beer. Here they recommended me a honey rum which unfortunately was finished, so we folded on a classic rum (photo above) and lots of it local stickers, which I still have in my bag and I am disseminating everywhere I go;)
Party - For the late after dinner, and since we are in Spain we are talking about 2 am at least, there is a club in Plaza Santa Ana that is called Mauna loa and it's a bar Hawaiian style. I know that what you don't want is to go to Madrid and end up in a place like this, but I swear to you that this place is very unique and if you happen to, take a look at it. As soon as you arrive they will give you one necklace Hawaiian and you can choose cocktails or beer but also the famous volcano. Basically the volcano is a drink that arrives inside a volcano, a real volcano, and that must be taken in at least 3 people, otherwise it is really a lot. To finish off a cheerful evening in Madrid this is a local to try ^ _ ^
