2 places to find quality chocolate in Turin

After being a Torino in the week of CioccolaTo I realized that the real and good chocolate shops in Turin are not found at this event. No controversy, also because I don't deal too much with this sector, but I discovered two shops, open all year round in Turin and in the city they make a difference.

Guido Castagna - A artisan of taste, known to most for his appearances in La prova del Cuoco, but which is very famous for his gianduiotti. In Turin the shop is located in via Maria Vittoria 27. The place is not too big, but very nice. If you like chocolate in here, despite the size of the place, you might get lost.

Guido Gobino - a really important chocolatier for Turin but not only. I happened upon his shop in via Lagrange in Turin and I was fascinated by it. In addition to the beautiful atmosphere inside the shop with interesting boxes and products, such asHazelShock (a gianduia powder that must be sucked up with a straw so that the gianduia melts directly in the mouth) I was struck by the whole part behind the store. A room for tasting with all the main pieces of the collections on display over the years. Really an interesting place.

Both places they don't have very affordable prices, or rather, because we are talking about chocolate and therefore you will never find low cost things, but if you think that the chocolate you are eating is quality (and when you taste it you will understand what I mean) then you will think you have well spent your money.
