L'Òstia, a new Barceloneta classic

The Òstia, is the common nickname given to the neighborhood of the Barceloneta. And L'Òstia is the namesake restaurant opened for a couple of months in one of its most representative squares, Sant Miquel del Port, a stone's throw from Paseig de Borbó, but isolated from the hustle and bustle of tourists looking for a fiesta.

They actually define themselves as "gastronomic taverns" and divide the menu into typical tapas, such as: patatas bravas, Russian salad, fried calamari, gazpacho chupito, etc. and tapas with modern touches, such as parmentier, tortilla special, the mini tartar. The modern decoration with vintage touches. Cozy and stylish, it also has a terrace where you can enjoy the end of summer.

Amazing service, where for me amazing means friendly, attentive, nice. Good quality and prices average. Our price included: 2 glasses of wine, a bottle of water, la rusa de la barceloneta, pan con tomate, mussels, salmorejo andaluz with jamón, grilled sardines, stuffed olives for a total of € 15 per person. They are open for breakfasts, aperitifs, lunches and dinners.
