Thanks to Lisa who asked me for a romantic dinner in Paris I remembered Le 20 de Bellechasse a place I've been in at least 5 years ago, when my blog was still not so active, so there was no trace of the place here, until now.
What I remember about this place is the atmosphere. Absolutely it is the restaurant where I have eaten best in Paris, manicured dishes and truly remarkable food. It was November and it was cold but despite everything I had eaten on the "veranda" and it was hot, I don't remember if there were the famous "mushrooms" or if it was closed, the fact is that it was great.
The place is great if you want to do one first visit to the Musee d'Orsay, in fact, I remember finding it by chance after a visit to the Museum. Exhausted and tired after spending several hours in there we went out and found this restaurant which is really close, two streets behind if I'm not mistaken, at the Museum.
Il price of the courses it was not high and what makes this place unique is its atmosphere, intimate and suitable for one romantic dinner for a respectable trip to Paris, obviously as a couple. Among the dishes that struck me the most, the dessert is certainly the one I remember best, one chocolate-mousse filled with boiling cream ^ _ ^ Strabuono.
Le 20 de Bellechasse is located in 20 Rue Bellechasse and for a romantic dinner, perhaps under Paris, it is advisable to book (01 47 05 11 11), otherwise go there and try your luck;)
