Greenwich, the heart of the world

London it is a multi-ethnic capital full of life. It is a capital of entertainment but also of culture and it is the country where everyone has dreamed of living at least once in their life. But London is not just this, there are many structures and important things inside that are worth seeing. Many of these are also part of our culture and our daily life, even if we do not realize it. Among these there is certainly a small village which is worth visiting especially if you are in the London city for a week, so you will have the opportunity to go a little further than ordinary tourist routes.

A south east London on the right bank of the Thames is located Greenwich. This small village was already famous in the XNUMXth century when it was the holiday resort of the royal family. Among the many things there is also a fantastic port and a museum of the navy, besides a large royal park. From here, in its observatory, the homonymous meridian was traced, which marks the zero longitude. This center of time and space is in some ways what many have called thenavel of the world, and if only for its proximity to the city of London, considered by many to be the capital of the world, we can hardly believe it.
