Where to sleep in Budapest: InnerCity Apartments

Sleep in Budapest in a low cost apartment. InnerCity Apartments is a clean accommodation equipped with many comforts, an apartment for many travel needs, in a favorable position in the city of Budapest.

Stay in the apartment I think it is a really winning choice these days: first because it allows you to take advantage of a high level of facilities, equal to 4-star hotels but at a very low cost; second because they are structures that offer a lot and in strategic points of the city.

For my last trip to Budapest I chose this formula, after having already tried it in the past ... this allowed to reduce the costs related to accommodation by a good 50%. In fact, my choice fell on an apartment located in the prestigious Jewish quarter of Budapest (precisely Hollo Utca) or the InnerCity Apartments, just a stone's throw from three metro stations and Budapest's main shopping street, Deak Ferenc Utca.

There are both studios and accommodations suitable for receiving more guests: we, for example, were 5 and we booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms, completely independent and 2 bathrooms, as well as a large living room, lounge with super sofa and TV flat screen, fully equipped kitchen (there was also a dishwasher) and two balconies.

The best part is the price, even considering that it was a booking made on crucial days, including three nights (including a Saturday and a Sunday) in December, that is, in the midst of the Christmas markets. The expense was barely 49 euros in total per person: a truly paltry amount that allows you to spend some extra money (Hungarian forint) for a visit to the city, for some gifts bought from the beautiful artisan markets and for some other whim.

Another positive note is certainly the fact that the building was perfectly supervised from security h24 and that in order to access it it was necessary to enter a code. Add to this the kindness of the owner, which also runs a taxi service from the airport directly to the apartment and vice versa for 20 euros each way. If we consider that if you arrive late at the airport the metro no longer works and that if there are several the cost per person is very limited, I think it is really an added value.

In short, I highly recommend it and if you still have doubts about this kind of accommodation because you miss the hotel breakfast, I can also recommend a nice little place nearby where with 700 florins (just over 2 euros) you can get a delicious cappuccino with a brioche by choice: his name is BakeR Man (Karoly Korut 5)… in short, you can't get more low cost than that, but with a very high level of hospitality!
