What to do in Brisbane, the outdoor parks

In Australia if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city center for a moment, Brisbane offers within it a conspicuous number of historic houses parks, where you can enjoy a bit of tranquility. The main walk starts from Central Station. Turning towards Eagle Street you can take a section of the long track that runs alongside the river. The activities are varied, from race to the bike. From here depart some ferries that go around the river, and lead to the other bank, known as Kangaroo point. This district allows you to live the experience of rock climbing, with daily or longer courses.

Continuing along the banks of the river you arrive at the Botanical Garden, an immense park where you can admire the different species of trees that Australia is rich in. Crossing the Goodwill Bridge you arrive at South Bank, one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the city, with large green spaces and a public artificial swimming pool, a delight for young and old. Enjoy a little bit of sun on the beach with the backdrop of the large buildings and skyscrapers of the city it is undoubtedly a different experience. The swimming pool is well organized, with lifeguards and surfboard and very clean public services for changing or chlorine washing. South Bank is full of clubs, so in the evening it transforms, and after a refreshing bath you can go and get something fresh in the pubs, or eat something in the many restaurants, mostly Asian, that the area offers. The prices are a bit higher than average, and the quality is typical of a tourist place. However it is worth it. Finally you can continue the walk along the river, admiring the London-style Ferris wheel, which offers an overview of the city, and the various museums.
