We start from Lake Trasimeno and exactly from Madrevite Cellar located in Castiglione del Lago. Madrevite offers two types of guided visits to the cellar: Visit Quick which lasts 1 hour and takes the wine tourist to discover the cellar and where the grapes are processed and refined; there Full Visit on the other hand, it lasts 3 hours and deals with the history of wine in the Trasimeno area in greater depth, the visit extends between the rows of vines and centuries-old olive trees and then culminates in a wine tasting. Both visits are free and by reservation. To report the Syrah It will be - IGT Umbria.

Moving in the direction of Montefalco, near Collelupo, you come across a splendid work of art: the Shell, futuristic structure designed by Arnaldo Pomodoro that houses the Castelbuono estate, cellar of Tenute Lunelli and casket of Sagrantino and Rosso di Montefalco. Barberani winery

Our tour then ends in the Orvieto area to taste Trebbiano and Grechetto. My advice is to stop by Barberani, winery that stands in a panoramic position on the mirror of Lake Corbara or from Palazzone to taste, among others, an excellent glass of Mold Nobilis.
