2. Trattoria Toni del Spin

The "Trattoria Toni del Spin" is located just behind Piazza dei Signori, an ancient building with about 80 seats. “Spin” is the fishbone of cod which has always been one of the typical dishes of this place.
The specialties are: barley soup, pasta and beans, tagliatelle with duck sauce, seasonal risotto with mushrooms and radicchio, bigoli in anchovy sauce, veal morsels with radicchio, rabbit with olives and> sardines in "saor" .
