The longest toboggan run in Italy, in South Tyrol on Monte Cavallo

Why not go back to being children and enjoy the snow at full speed on sledges?
A Sterzing, South Tyrol, in the ski area of Rosskopf we can even feel like champions of sleigh racing, on the longest toboggan in Italy. Ben 10 km in length which, so called, may already seem a good piece, but to try to feel them with your hand are on average 45 minutes of adrenaline pure!

We talk about real sledges, nothing to do with those for children, which can be from one or two places (I highly recommend the double, even more fun). On the sledging site there are all the safety tips and to enjoy the descents to the fullest, with all the necessary tips, which must in any case be refined with repeated tests and healthy errors and overturns, never particularly risky, given the care with which the track is prepared.

You drive a little with the levers protruding at the front, a little with the balance of the body on both sides, and a lot is done with the feet! I would recommend wearing boots with rigid soles, rather than after-ski, to avoid (if you are at least "competitive" on average, but given the situation it will be impossible not to be) from wearing out the heels.

The descent activity with sleds is suitable for everyone, the experience can be had in the field, as I said above. The costs are far from prohibitive too, with one daily ski pass in high season from 22 € and a rental of 6 € and 12 € for single or double sleds.
