SnowCastle, Christmas in an igloo, a special hotel in Lapland

Getting in Lapland in the realm of Santa Claus, visiting the house and then sleeping in any hotel is a bit like breaking the magic of the Christmas holidays.

A Castello Hotel with a name LumiLinna made like a big igloo waiting for you to spend your Christmas in a decidedly original way. The suitcases are brought inside the structure by a small sled and through ice corridors you arrive directly to your room.

Le rooms they are of different types, all in ice with frozen “mattresses” in which special polo bags are provided, resistant to even the coldest temperatures, and inside the room large reindeer skins to avoid feeling cold.

Lo SnowCastle, this is its name has several buildings inside including a restaurant, several shopping rooms and even a church. Particularly suitable for children because outside any standardized context, inside there are many games for the little ones but also double rooms with heart-shaped ice beds and ice bars for the older ones.

The only flaw, the hotel opens on January 30, 2009 and closes in April based on the temperatures of the period. THE prices they are not available except on request.
