What to eat in Parma at Christmas

Traditions in Parma are very important and always alive, especially on the tables of the Parmesan. And so there dinner on December 24 is strictly lean, that is, without meat. You will therefore find pumpkin ravioli, herbs or potatoes first and fish second.
