Ad Amsterdam there are 13 hotels in the chain NH, I found the right compromise between location, price and comfort by staying at the three-star NH Tropen.
The hotel is centrally located in the quiet area of Oosterpark, the historic center not far away can be reached by taking a walk on foot or by renting bicycles (service also offered by the hotel), or you can take advantage of the public transport buses or trams that run every 10 minutes and the stop is right in front of the hotel.
The rooms are spacious, clean, equipped with tv, telephone and free WI-FI network typing the daily password available at the reception.
I spent two nights in this hotel, booking through the website www.nh-hotels.com and the cost was € 85 per night per double room.
Breakfast is not included in the price, I preferred not to add it because I like to experience breakfast every morning in a different place and thus experience the local atmosphere and also because the cost of € 15 for a continental breakfast in the hotel it seemed a bit exaggerated.
Upon checkout, I received a valid for a few months which offers me the opportunity to book another stay in the hotels of the NH chain for only € 30 per person per night, I really think I will use it !!!
