Los Corales: where to eat tapas in Seville and feel at home

If you are fed up with the usual tapas and want to try stronger and more decisive tastes, you want to dare and mix the traditional flavors of Andalusian cuisine with Arab spices and memories, I have a little restaurant for you. I'm at home here, I discovered it one evening following the directions of my roommate and now every opportunity is good to return to The corals a Seville.

Located in a great location, within walking distance of the Cathedral and close to the lively and young Plaza del Salvador on the corner with Calle Alvarez Quintero, this tapas bar has two main imperatives: friendliness and refinement. New and elegant, it looks like a pretty dollhouse far removed from the Andalusian-style bodeguitas, but the kindness of the staff, the top quality food and the excellent cerveza confirm that the place has kept all the typical characteristics of this land.

The card is varied, ranging from fish a caps of meat up to traditional Iberian cured meats, such as el jamón Bellota, the best ever. My favorite menu includes: fried chicken wings, pork with bacon and goat cheese, squid with rice and potatoes in brava sauce. Tapas are abundant, and my advice if you are two is to divide everything so you can enjoy more different flavors.

Take advantage of this delightful little restaurant to taste the true Andalusian cuisine, with very low cost prices!
