L'Acino in Turin, Piedmontese eating in the Quadrilatero Romano

THEAcino in Turin It is in the Quadrilateral Roman and the restaurant is adjacent to the beautiful gothic church of San Domenico. The place is very intimate and can accommodate no more than a dozen tables even if it is open until late at night. It is absolutely necessary to book and the interior of the venue is no frills, a winery without tablecloths or other things, only the best of Piedmontese cuisine. A really great place to dine in the Quadrilatero Romano.

The menu offers 4,5 dishes per course and all are Piedmontese cuisine, even if the best thing to do is get advice from the owners, also because there are dishes of the day that are not seen in the menu. I tasted raw meat as an appetizer but also the soup of the day and the Piedmontese cheese flan. Also for second one overcooked with Barolo with baked potatoes, a real treat. A good bottle of Barolo and water, no dessert, just coffee to finish.

The price is approx € 30/35 per person but it is really worth having a dinner here if you want to eat Piedmontese dishes in the historic center, a good cuisine that will surely leave you satisfied.
