Once you have a homogeneous liquid, pass the liquid into a larger container and add the flour, salt and egg. At this point, if you have a planetary mixer or a mixer, get help, the mixture must be homogeneous, smooth on the surface. Form a ball and put the dough in a container, keep it away from drafts, perhaps covered with a cloth for about two hours.

After two hours, take the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin until it forms a rectangle of about 50 × 35 cm. Now take the ingredients for the filling. Pulverize the sugar with cinnamon.
