How to return from Istria without a Slovenian vignette

Here, as promised, after giving you the directions for go to Istria without buying the Slovenian vignette now I leave you the directions for the return to Italy.

As I wrote last time, the guidelines to follow are generally YELLOW, while those not to be followed are BLUE, unless otherwise indicated.

    1. When you get off the mountain you will find yourself at the entrance to Copper, the first "obstacles" that you find are a roundabout and then a traffic light, overcome them both going straight ahead and staying in the right lane (on the left you will have an OMV petrol station and a shopping center). Immediately after the traffic lights there is a blue sign indicating Trieste/ Italy, at the next intersection keep right and turn following the signs for Trieste.

    2. Immediately after turning, you will find yourself with the inscriptions Vinakoper on the right and Merkur on the left. Shortly after there is a roundabout: take the first exit following the yellow sign with indication Bertoki and Sv. Anton (then skirting the cemetery, keeping it to the right). Be careful not to take the second exit that leads to the motorway.

    3. Proceeding always following the road for about 3 km you pass by Bertoki / Bertocchi. Coming down from the village, after a small downhill stretch, there is a roundabout, take the third exit.

    4. Immediately after, about 150 meters, there is one dangerous roundabout: turn right, at the first exit, following the signs for Bertoki. DO NOT go straight or left because you go on the highway!

    5. Another 2 km of quiet and straight road, pass in front of the pizzeria (right), the Skarbo depot and then the OMV petrol station, then arriving at a roundabout: here take to Skofije following the yellow sign (second exit). Just after there is a small crossroads: go straight (DO NOT follow the blue sign indicating Trieste on the left!)

    6. At the next roundabout take the second exit which leads to the climb to Skofije, following the yellow sign. DO NOT take the first exit with blue indication for Trieste!

    7. Pass the village of Skofije (keeping to the right when you find a crossroads in the village, keeping the bus stop and the church on the left).

    Here two possibilities open up:

8A. While descending from Skofije to the crossroads Keep Left.
In the straight downhill you can see the Casino in front. DO NOT take the first right as it leads to the bridge over the highway! Immediately after keep to the right, passing the back of the casino (which must remain on the left), following the paved road without signs. Absolutely DO NOT GO STRAIGHT in front of the Casino following the blue arrow indicating Trieste because it would lead to the highway !!
Turning around the Casino you then enter the freeway (last 50 meters), continue towards the Italian border.

8B. Coming down from Skofije at the crossroads follow the yellow sign indicating Plavje keeping to the right.
Along the road towards and through the village you reach the center. When you are in front of a crossroads with a small church in front of you, follow the yellow arrow indicating Trieste to the left. Shortly after there is another small crossroads, always keep left continuing on the main road, from here you arrive directly at the border. Continue on the road until the first roundabout, here take the third exit with the green sign indicating the A4 motorway towards Venice. From here follow the signs that mark this indication.
