Holidays in Bruges, pros and cons

For a long time now I wanted to have a nice vacation in Belgium. The first time I had limited myself to seeing Brussels and Antwerp, the second did not particularly impress me but I knew that Belgium was not all there. So with conviction I wanted to return to this country made of wind and green, two of the elements that have always fascinated me the most. TO Bruges I was not disappointed, many things pleasantly surprised me just as I expected. Other things, on the other hand, have left me a little bit bitter in my mouth, that's why I want to tell you about them;)

Pro factors. The beautiful sunsets of Bruges. It is no coincidence that this city is called the Venice of the North. This fantastic town has the best of the atmosphere of the Nordic countries, with that nice breeze that reaches your head and neck, and the best of the light reflected on the canals, just as if we were in a little Venice. Among other things Bruges it's not that small. As soon as you arrive you plan to visit it in an afternoon, in reality you can stay there for a couple of days to explore its alleys houses overlooking the canals scrutinizing the light and the environment that changes hour after hour. A splendor.

Cons Factors. Unfortunately Bruges really is very touristy, I didn't think so much. Taking a walk at sunset you will see tourists rushing from one side of the street to the other looking for the best glimpse to take the photo. Some angles then are full of easels to wait for the right moment when the light reaches level and take the moment on that little house there that is perfectly reflected on the water.

But if you can get this aspect down the city will be just for you... and no one else;)
