Flamenco in Andalusia, in Seville and Granada

In Andalusia the flamenco, the dance that has its origins in the gypsy culture and that is expressed here at its best. There are several places to see good flamenco and although in Andalusia you will find many more flamenco shows in the most common dance halls, here I still recommend a few.

    Seville
El Tablao Flamenco el Arenal the oldest flamenco club in Seville is located in a XNUMXth century building where it offers classical dance shows with excellent artists. The entrance is a payment.

Casa de la Memoria, very well known and often overrated, if you've heard of it and can't help but know that the shows are touristy and the flamenco is quite poor.

    Granada
The Plateria it is located in the Albayzin district, the old one Arab quarter. The place is very characteristic and not at all touristy. You can drop by even just for dinner and then wait for the show by paying separately. Very haunted by the locals.
