Authentic Vietnamese cuisine from Saigon Saigon to London

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine from Saigon Saigon to London

London is a city that offers different places to visit every day: squares, streets, pubs, restaurants, every week new events in which to participate and exhibitions through which to enrich one's interests and passions.
So you will understand the difficulty in having to decide where to go every time some of my Italian friends come to visit me, I would like to show them everything but unfortunately you have to make a choice, and I happened to have to do it last week, when two dear friends of mine came to find me for five days.

I am not a big visitor to west London, yet I found myself ad Hammersmith almost by chance, and I had to look for some nice restaurant or pub where to take my friends to dine and have a beer ... difficult choice but in the end I can say with certainty that I have hit the right locations to surprise them, and me too if we are watching.

Saigon Saigon is a Vietnamese restaurant that is located halfway between Hammersmith and Chiswick (very nice area by the way, which surprised me), and we discovered it walking through the streets of this area of London that I know very little.
The restaurant brings back the Asian atmosphere, thanks to the dark wood interior and the soft lighting, and the very rich menu has put us in serious difficulty, as it offers a considerable amount of Vietnamese cuisine.
A must try i crispy pancakes, which despite being included in the "starters" section could represent a valid alternative to a main dish given the abundance of the portion.
Exquisite duck and superlative soups at a more than affordable price made our dinner perfect for both palate and wallet, which for a city like London is quite difficult to find.

Not being a restaurant in a "central" area of London I realize it's a bit out of the way for tourists tackling the classic London tourist stops, but if you happen to be staying in the area or want to escape the chaos of Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, this could be a great option to to consider.
On the Saigon Saigon website you can find opening hours, address and the menu if you are curious to take a look at the delicacies that Vietnamese cuisine offers.
